John Ellenby(ジョン・エレンビー)

取締役会長

ジョン・エレンビーはいくつもの企業を立ち上げて成功に導いた経験がある。その中でもよく知られているものが、GRiD Systemsという、ラップトップ産業を生み出した企業である。ジョンはGRiDに在任中、今では数十億ドル産業となったモバイルコンピューティング産業の創生を思い描くとともに指揮監督した。画期的なコンパスコンピュータに加え、同社は世界初のモバイルシステム用のリモートサーバサポートを生み出している。ジョンは数々の新製品の開発に携わっており、それら製品のなかにはIBMのラップトップPCやサーバとサーバ関連ソフトウェア製品多数が含まれている。

Thomas W. Ellenby(トーマス・W・エレンビー)

As an inventor and as a project leader, Thomas is responsible for coordinating the Company's patent and legal activities, both domestic and international. Thomas is the inventor and co-inventor of a majority of GeoVector's issued and pending patents.

Tom's work has included product conception and system design, aiding and coordinating the work of consultants and contractors in defining the “preferred embodiments” of the company’s inventions, and co-authoring patent applications.

Mark Mouritsen (マーク・モーリッツセン)

Mark Mouritsen serves as the general counsel and director of venture investments for MFI Capital. MFI Capital is the private investment organization for Tom Meredith, who served as Chief Financial Officer of Dell Inc. and Senior Vice President of Dell Ventures from 1992-2001. MFI Capital specializes in asset management across a broad range of investment classes in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Mouritsen graduated from the UT law school in 1992 and upon graduation joined a national law firm. After six years of private practice, Mr. Mouritsen joined the legal department at Dell. Immediately prior to joining MFI Capital in 2008, Mr. Mouritsen was a corporate finance and securities lawyer for Freescale Semiconductor. At Freescale, Mr. Mouritsen was responsible for corporate finance, corporate governance, SEC compliance and M&A. At Dell, Mr. Mouritsen was the primary lawyer for Dell’s venture capital organization.

Mr. Mouritsen serves on the board of directors of GeoVector, Inc. and VoxPath Networks, Inc.

Kevin Dillon (ケビン・ディロン)

Kevin has 24 years' operating experience in the technology sector, including a total of 13 years operational experience in Paris, London and Dublin as an executive in the software industry and five years in Silicon Valley.

Kevin served as Vice President, Microsoft EMEA and helped grow the regional business from $500 million in 1991 to $9.5 billion in 2004. At Microsoft, Kevin was a member of Microsoft EMEAs' senior management team responsible for various roles in Finance, Operations and Sales and Marketing.

From 1985 through 1991, Kevin was an international tax advisor at Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Europe, the U.S. and South Africa. In that capacity, he helped structure international growth, acquisitions and income repatriation planning for many leading technology companies in Silicon Valley.

Prior to 1985, Kevin practiced law in South Africa, including serving as a Legal Officer in the South African Navy. Kevin is a director on the boards of Panda (where he is Chairman), Envivio, PolarLake and GeoVector and is an observer on the board of Acision.

Michael Korver (マイケル・コーヴァー)

Michael Korver is a Managing Partner of Global Venture Capital (“GVC”) in Tokyo, Japan. Michael was born and raised in Tokyo and has worked in international business for over 25 years. In addition to his responsibilities at GVC, Michael is on the faculty of the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy of Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, teaching entrepreneurial management and venture capital in its MBA program. Michael received a B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) in 1979 and an M.A. in Economics and a professional law degree (Juris Doctor- J.D.) in 1983 all from the University of California at Berkeley.
